Item Description:Published on the occasion of an exhibition held at the Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich, May 13-Oct. 30, 2005.
"In the spring of 2005, the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich invited Christine Hiebert to make, onsite, an artwork for the third floor of the Rotunda atrium space that is the architectural focal point of the museum. Placing lines cut from blue adhesive tape onto two curved walls nearly nearly 20' (6m) high and 45' (13m) wide that face each other across the atrium, and onto the balcony wall between, she created 'RoundTrip: A Wall Drawing for the Rotunda'. On view from May through October of 2005, the work is unique and will not be replaced"--P. [1].
